Experienced Commercial Cleaner

- Clean commercial premises like offices, shopping centers, kindergartens, schools, industrial & warehouse cleaning and other clients of the company. - Empty containers, bins and trays, remove rubbish and recyclable material. - Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines. - Remove dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures - Apply acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and dirt. Strip wax from floors, re-wax and polish floors. - Perform a document routine inspection and maintenance activities - Clean and disinfect wet areas and report on defective equipments - Handle big truckmount carpet cleaning machine. - Remove residues from machines, ships, furnaces, boilers and tanks - Keep a track of cleaning supplies that are replenished - Inform the management if any occurring deficiencies have occurred or any repairs are needed.

- Must be flexible to work in rotating shifts and also on weekends. - Attention to detail. - Available for late evening work - Valid Driver's license is preferred - Physically fit and healthy - Availabale to work on weekends - Willingness to travel - Comfortable to work with harsh chemicals - Available to start early and work as per rostered shifts and business requirements
