About this job
carpet cleaner required to provide professional carpet cleaning and flood restoration service. Provide other cleaning services to clients eg tile and grout cleaning, curtain and blind cleaning, vinyl polishing services and other commercial and residential cleaning services. Respond to emergency calls for water damage, conduct water extraction, and implement appropriate drying and restoration processes. Perform commercial cleaning tasks with a focus on restoring environments following water or mold damage. access site damage and prepare detailed reports for insurance claims and customer records. Maintain and manage cleaning and restoration equipment and company vehicles to ensure operational readiness. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during on-site operations
