Manaia Four Square are searching for their next Super Store Manager!
Want to lead an awesome team in a awesome small town? Can you: - Ensure the effective management of staff records including personal details, pay rates, rosters etc. - Actively promote high quality internal customer service ensuring that staff are trained to the store standard in service. - Ensure all staff management practices within the office comply with store policies on employment, attendance, Health and Safety, training, leave, discipline etc - Manage the daily operations of the shop, ensuring efficiency and profitability You will be required to also perform the tasks required to keep the store running when required such as serving customers, stocking shelves, kitchen work etc.
Experience is essential for this role.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years management experience Duty Managers License or LCQ required Reliable, honest and be a good team player Able to work weekends Competent computer skills Stock ordering and Management
