Our employer is looking for someone that has knowledge in monitoring, operate and process Low/Zero Alcohol operations. Train other staff when requested, as Trainer for Low/Zero alcohol or any other winery operation that you are trained in. Work with the Production Supervisor to ensure a safe, quality focus and productive environment. Undertake and complete verbal or written job orders as generated and directed by the Winemaking Team, Cellar master, and/or Production Supervisor. Carry out job orders in an efficient manner with accurate and concise record keeping. Take care to ensure no loss or damage when handling grapes, juice, or wine. Observe and follow Giesen standard operating procedures (SOP’s) with each job order. Ensure all record keeping processes are accurate and timely. Act as Second person signing off setups, prior starting a job.
Job Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of Spinning cone column operation experience
