Your main duties will be as follows: -Preparing and cooking Vietnamese food -Serving customers with the highest level of respect -Receiving payment from time to time -Ensure proper food handling and sanitation techniques are used -Washing, cutting, measuring and mixing foods for cooking -Operating cooking equipment such as grills, ovens, microwaves and deep-fat fryers -Transferring, weighing and checking supplies and equipment -Execute opening and closing procedures storing food in temperature-controlled facilities and monitoring stock levels.

Job Requirements
A relevant cookery certificate is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine is a huge advantage. Relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Days of work
- 7 Day roster. Mon to Sun 8.30am to 6.00pm or 9.00pm depending on site hours. (30 hours per week)
