Local florist business is looking for a Floral Sales Representative. Role: • Identifying potential customers, including florists, event planners, wedding coordinators, and retail floral shops. • Cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business. • Educating clients on the benefits of sourcing farm-direct flowers, emphasizing qualities such as quality, freshness, and cost-effectiveness. • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge. • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally. • Continuously enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques, through ongoing training. and self-improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience of dealing with flowers or have worked in flower business to have a better understanding.
