Farm assistant
About this job
We are looking for farm assistant for our 105ha farm milking 220cows and 60ha run off. We are 30minutes from Waiuku. relevant dairy farm experience. Key-tasks and Responsibilities: Milking cows, setting up break fences. identify and treating mastitis, tractor driving-ability to feed out, calving cows, feeding calves, identify cows in heat. Recording of animal health details and general farm maintenance. Roster single rotation 12 on 2 off. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week. Shared accommodation, no pets. Job Requirements
You will be drug tested randomly so need to be drug free. You must also have a clean criminal record.
