Are you the retail wizard that will help us enchant our customers? We are a one stop shop for Hobby games and event hosting with multiple shops opening throughout New Zealand.
We need a part time experienced retail wizard in Palmerston North with an interest in hobby games like Tabletop Card games, Role playing games, War Games or Board Games.
The role will require you to display, arrange and replenish stock for our clients. Assist with enquiries, (face-to-face and technology-wise) while providing courteous, professional, and effective solutions. Managing the purchase of goods for sale in an efficient and timely manner. Carry out basic activities to always ensure clean and tidy presentation of the store. Running events planned at the store in a professional and upbeat manner. Pack and send items ordered via our website
Job Requirements
Ideally looking for someone with around 6-8 months experience within Retail/Customer Service although training can be provided to the right person as well. Tech savvy. Needs to be professional and well presented. Exceptional customer service focus and attention to detail. Sound understanding of or interest in hobby games. Friendly and approachable personality.

- Tuesday- 2pm-9pm Sunday- 12pm-7pm Hours can be picked up based on business needs (16 hours per week)
