Providing chair-side assistance and preparing for dental treatments. Manage patient records and process X-rays under dentist guidance. Ensure patient comfort and provide oral hygiene instructions. Handle administrative duties: scheduling appointments, billing, and communication. Maintain cleanliness and stock of dental practice. Handling phone inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Scheduling patient appointments efficiently. Accurately entering patient data into our practice database.

Address patient inquiries via email and phone (managing incoming & outgoing calls) in a professional and courteous manner.

Handling instruments to dentists during procedures.

Dry patients’ mouths using suction hoses and other equipment.

Instruments and equipment are cleaned, sterilized and set up ready for use according to the practice’s cross infection control procedures. Materials, supplies, equipment, instruments and records are prepared and available for the following procedure.

Monitoring Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate, SPO2, CO2 and Ventilation during dental procedure. Call patients after intensive dental procedures for post-operative phone-calls.

Processing and managing patients billing , payments, invoice and receipts.

Proper handling of medical equipment, scanning machines, X-ray machine, Ventilator, patient monitor, implant machine and other devices. The primary and secondary work zones of the dental surgery are cleaned and disinfected between patients according to the practice’s cross infection control procedures.

Dental materials and supplies are reordered within the guidelines of the practice so that adequate stocks are maintained to ensure consistent availability in the dental surgery.

Job Requirements

Experience requirements and additional details for vacancy:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer facing roles required. • Minimum qualification required is a level 3 tertiary education • Ability to work full time (5 days, 30 hours per week). • Exceptional customer service skills. • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Keyboard skills. • Need to have an exposure about Healthcare sectors and its Process. • An excellent level of communication with patient (customer) interaction and teamwork is required. • Excellent written and Spoken English skills. • For successful applicants our mandatory process includes police clearance and health screening. • You must be fully COVID vaccinated. • You must be well groomed, honest, punctual, show initiative, display a positive can-do attitude and love working as part of a team.
