Bodybuilding Trainer/Instructor

A Morrinsville Gym is seeking a Bodybuilding Trainer/Instructor to join their team. Duties will include:

• Craft personalised bodybuilding training plans that focus on enhancing athletes' muscular strength, endurance, and physique, based on an in-depth analysis of their individual performance, strengths, and areas for improvement. • Maintain strong relationships with athletes providing regular updates on progress and developments. • Serve as a motivational leader for athletes, fostering a positive and productive training environment. • Supervise training sessions to ensure that athletes are effectively applying training principles and techniques. • Design and implement strategic training methodologies and routines aimed at achieving optimal physical conditioning and performance. • Attend bodybuilding competitions and events, supporting athletes and assessing their performance for continuous improvement. • Work collaboratively with other coaches, trainers, and health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to athlete development. • Act as an ambassador for the sport, promoting bodybuilding through various channels.

• Tertiary level qualification in sports a minimum of a Level 3 Certificate in Body building, physical education, or a any related field. • At least 1 years’ experience as a trainer, coach or similar. Bodybuilding experience. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Passion for sports and a commitment to the development of athletes. • Pass a drug and a Police check • A minimum of a Restricted driver licence
