Commercial cleaner

Employer looking a commercial cleaner to: Empty containers, bins and trays; remove rubbish and recyclable materials - Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines - Remove dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures - Apply acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and dirt - Strip wax from floors, re-wax and polish floors - Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities - Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects - Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs - Make adjustments and minor repairs - Clean and disinfect wet areas and report on defective plumbing fixtures - Remove residues from machines, ships, furnaces, boilers and tanks - Sand-blast building exteriors - Inform the management if the cleaning supplies are replenished.

Available to work on weekends - Physically fit and healthy, able to do physical work - The candidate should have no criminal history, including of dishonesty - Should be able to undergo the drug test at their own expense - Valid driver's license is highly preferred - Willingness to travel for work - Attention to detail - Should be available for early morning shifts and even for late evening. - Should be available for police background check - Should have good background reference - Should be comfortable working with chemicals - Team-worker
