We have x2 positions available: both in the CBD of Wellington. 1) Tandoori Cook: able to cook Tandoori dishes, examining food stuffs to ensure quality and regulation of temperature of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment. Preparing food in tandoor, marination, seasoning and portioning. Storing food in temperature controlled facilities, meet dietary requirements due to customer's allergy, may be needed to assist in planning with menus, train kitchen staff and apprentices etc. 2) Curry Chef: Examining of food product to ensure quality, cooking Indian cuisine, seasoning, marinating , plating dishes and garnishing. Same expectations as the Tandoori Cook, and again may assist in planning of menus and training staff and apprentices.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2-4 years experience. Be flexible with hours as required.

Days of work
Flexible weekdays/weekends from 9am to 10pm. (30 hours per week)
