Orchard Supervisor
About this job
Orchard supervisor to lead a team of orchard workers. You manage the daily field operations to ensure a quality job is done. Make sure the staff are doing what they are supposed to. Complete time records and prepare time sheets. Giving inductions to new supervisors and new staff. Reporting to the manager on the progress of the orchard operations. Providing strong leadership, mentoring and supporting to a large and diverse team . Attending health & safety meetings
Job Requirements
2 Years experience as an orchard supervisor. Good communicator. Able to train and motivate staff.
