Working in Wellington CBD you will boost customer satisfaction by implementing innovative bar management strategies and enhance the team productivity through effective scheduling and task delegation. Streamline inventory management for optimal stocks levels and reduced waste. Collaborate with kitchen team. Create a welcoming atmosphere, fostering a loyal customer base and repeat business. Safeguarded compliance with H & S and sanitation regulations in all operations. Mentor and train staff members to ensure exceptional customer service standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience with a current LCQ Certificate. Great Customer Service skills. Happy to work 30 hours plus per week.
