About this job
Employer based in Taupiri looking for dustribution and customer account administrator. Tasks will include: Customers interactions record keeping on the CRM folder & filing documents. Assisting customers with TAA applications and establishment with Financial controller. Posting customer invoices & weekly statements. Processing credit notes for return product/pricing changes. Tracking complaints & product returns. Supporting warehouse and dispatch with inventory control. Consolidating invoices & driver delivery documentation. Managing driver load plans & communication. Coordinating with external freight providers. Monitoring sales destinations. Coordinating dispatch & tracking for direct-to-consumer sales. Handling customer enquiries & orders. Managing calls & emails. Administering social media platforms for brand promotion. Managing sales channels on company websites. Freight logistics, dispatch and product tracking for all direct to customer Sales. Assisting the Financial Controller. Sharing general office duties among staff.
Job Requirements
Must have a restricted license Must pass a police check Must pass a drug test Employer would like NZQA level 4 in sales and marketing
- Days of work
- Two week roster system, 8.00am to 4.00pm shift one and 10.30am to 8.00pm shift two, Monday to Friday. Shift hours may vary (35 hours per week)
