Senior Cook/Senior Chef

We are a busy New Zealand owned company and we are looking for a Chef.
This is a permanent and full-time role with an immediate start based in Ashburton.
The job tasks include: Lead other kitchen staff. Preparing and cooking Turkish Cuisine to a high-standard using our cooking equipment. Ensure that food is well-presented. Ensure that food safety and health and safety regulations are met. Carry out good food safety practices, including regular cleaning. Assisting with reviewing menus and estimate food requirements. Manage portions and minimise wastage
Job Requirements
A minimum of 2 to 4 years in a similar role. Having experience in cooking Turkish food previously would be preferred. Training will be provided.

- Rostered Monday to Sunday - 10am till 9.30pm (40 hours per week)
