Our Lower-Hutt based employer is looking for a Soft Furnishings Assistant to join their team in Petone!
Duties include: - Measuring - Ironing - Hooking - Packing

As a soft furnishings assistant, you will be required to work in a team and assist with the production of a wide variety of custom made curtains. We seek applicants with, preparing, and finishing skills. The successful person will need to be self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail, enjoys working in a team, pride themselves in producing high quality products. Although experience from the soft furnishing manufacturing industry is preferred, we will consider applicants with appropriate experience from other industries. The ability to use an industrial sewing machine is not required for this role but would be an added advantage.
Job Requirements
In order to be successful, you need to be accurate and have high attention to detail.
