Shift Supervisor/Shift Manager

Seeking Shift Supervisors to be part of the busy environment at Auckland International Airport. The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the store. You will be taking responsibility for quality customer service, ensuring safety during shifts, and play a crucial role in upholding the standards and reputation of the Employer's brand. Your leadership, dedication to excellence, and commitment to continuous improvement are essential for driving the store's success. Must have leadership skills in managing a team with QSR experience. Hours are a minimum of 30 hours Monday to Sunday, according to the roster. Store operation is 3.30am to 12am midnight.
