About this job
Maintaining, managing and servicing drilling equipment. Undertake prestart inspections and report defects. Onsite drilling and delivery of drilling training. Undertake site works as directed by Senior Site Supervisor or Supervisor. Only operate plant and equipment you have been trained on and approved to operate. Teach others drilling basics. Set an example of high health and safety standards and ensure others on site adhere to good H&S practices. Ensure good site records are kept, including but not limited to H&S paperwork, drill logs, installation records, daily briefings, H&S incident reports. Ensure any actions that may impact the environment are reported to your supervisor and/or acted on quickly and in a safe manner. Minimise waste and energy usage. The quality of work should be carried out in accordance with our quality policy. Ensure good site records are kept, including but not limited to H&S paperwork, drill logs, installation records, daily briefings, H&S incident reports.
Job Requirements
Must hold valid operable driving license Applicants must be physically fit Applicants must have New Zealand Residency/citizenship or valid work visa rights Represent the company professionally at all times
