Employer situated in Auckland Central seeks a Rigging Team Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our diligent rigging and maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of rigging and maintenance team. - Prioritizing a substantial workload and assigning tasks to the team. - Ensure safe work practices are consistently followed. - Provide training to the team to ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards. - Foster strong internal and external relationships through effective communication skills.

Job Requirements
- Must have Level 3 NZQA or trade qualification in Rigging and Industrial Rope. - Must have Full Class 1 DL with reliable transportation. - Must be a team player - Must have good communication skills - Able to work flexible scheduling of work hours which includes after hours stand -by. - Must pass drug test. - Criminal convictions considered on case by case.
