Construction Worker

Experienced construction workers needed now. In this role your duties will be to Study and understand blueprints to assess required tools, equipment, and supplies • Assist tradesmen with tasks such as carpentry, formwork, or steel fixing, etc. • Aid in cutting and shaping wood components for installation purposes • Erect wood panels and frames during installation and joinery fitting as instructed • Assist in transportation, loading and unloading of building materials, equipment and tools • Maintain cleanliness on the construction site and ensure general tidiness • Lay block paving, tarmac surfacing, slabs and sandstone paving • spread and level soil, gravel and sand on roads and driveways • Assist in the construction of stone or brick walls, retaining structures, paths, driveways, and car parks • Adhere to the company’s health and safety policies while performing duties.

1- have at least Two years of relevant Construction experience with the knowledge and skills to perform the duties listed. This is not a beginner-level position. 2- Ability to work proficiently with a variety of hand tools. 3- have your own car and at least a Restricted driver licence in order to report to work on sites around Auckland. 4- be physically fit and comfortable working at construction sites. 5- have ZERO past criminal convictions. 6- be drug-free in order to pass pre-employment and random testing.
