As a Trolley Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience by providing assistance to our customers.

• Greeting customers upon arrival and offering assistance with trolleys on their departure • Managing the availability and cleanliness of trolleys throughout the day • Assisting customers with loading and unloading their purchases. • Maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times. • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth operation.
