About this job
Positions are available for experienced salmon processors in a small factory near Twizel. Duties will include filleting of salmon and processing into different products , sashimi preparation, pinboning, vacuum packing and labelling and cleaning. Food safety protoclos must be followed at all times
Job Requirements
A minimum of one year fish processing experience and/or 6 months salmon processing
- Days of work
- Must be available 7 days a week, 6.00am-4.000pm as required (40 hours per week)
