As the Dispatch Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the operations, ensuring seamless coordination of cheese dispatch, stock management, and customer liaison. From receiving orders to overseeing packaging and distribution, you will uphold our standards of quality and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities: - Receive and process cheese orders - Coordinate packaging and dispatch activities - Manage stock inventory to meet demand - Engage with customers to confirm orders and offer alternatives when necessary
Job Requirements
- Numeracy and literacy skills - Understanding of food hygiene principles - Exceptional customer service abilities - Great organizational skill and attention to detail - Valid Class 1 (Car) driver's license
- Days of work
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (40 hours per week)
- Pay Details
- $25/hr plus, depending on experience
