Seeking an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team in beautiful Queenstown. Using your effective communication skills, we invite you to share your love and passion of food and beverage. An integral member of the food and beverage supervisory team you will lead and motivate your team to ensure the highest quality standards in food and beverage are consistently delivered to our guests. This includes assisting with on boarding and training new team members with product knowledge and service standards, undertaking strict hygiene and safety practices and hold responsibility for your shift’s financial performance. Ideally you will also have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an upscale restaurant, wine knowledge and a LCQ certificate.
Job Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, can build trust and rapport easily, Projects professionalism at at all times. Previous restaurant experience is essential.
