Cleaning Supervisor

As the shift Cleaning Supervisors you will facilitate and fairly delegate the shift duties amongst your team of cleaning professionals. Leading form the top you provide motivation to complete the job, carrying out programmed/regular cleaning duties as allocated. You will provide support to the team overseeing tasks to ensure cleaning specifications are carried out in accordance with correct company standards. Other duties include correct reporting of any lost/damaged property and any defective equipment as set down in procedures manual and identify underperforming team members to provide upskilling opportunities. You are responsible for all equipment being maintained to a high standard prior to shift completion, and successful handover to next shift Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Strong customer and negotiation skills , team management skills and experience essential.(minimum 1 year). A full driver licence is required for this role

- 30 hrs per week working on a rotating roster covering weekends and early morning (05:00am onwards) starts (30 hours per week)
