Sales/ Retail Assistant

Bring your amazing customer service skills to our unique Queenstown shop! You will be the welcoming face greeting and serving our customers. Responsible for the management of our store from professional product presentation, store cleanliness, creating display areas, assisting with the making of bracelets and necklaces and the store opening and closing procedures. Your friendly, positive and approachable nature means you can also comfortably interact with suppliers accepting deliveries, and provide administration support to the employer with the preparation of goods for sale through their wholesale business.

Previous retail and cashier experience is preferred. Spanish language is preferred, but not essential due to regular South American seller engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers. Preference will be given to persons with a genuine interest for rocks, crystals and fossils.
