Ideally you will come from a Print, Plastics, Packaging or Manufacturing background. We are looking for someone to ENGAGE and INSPIRE. Your responsibilities will include: - Direct and Co-ordinate the multiple production and operational teams daily activities to facilitate the efficient processing of materials and manufacturing of products. - Lead and communicate to multiple teams across 3 shifts. - Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare standards are met. - Promote safety in the workplace. - Team Management and accountability experience. - Maintain inventory - Regular audits of transit locations - Conduct toolbox meetings - Drive continuous improvement - Excellent coaching techniques - Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development training. Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2+ years experience leading a team in a Warehousing and/or Production environment - Must have experience with MPI and operating a Forkhoist - Must provide at least 2 references - Must pass all pre-employment checks - Must hold a Restricted/Full Driver License - Must have reliable transport - Must provide at least 2 reference checks

- Monday to Friday 7am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

- $40 - $45, negotiable depending on experience
