Sales Representative - Vietnamese and English Speaking

Penrose based Grocery store specialising in Vietnamese and other Asian groceries is looking 3 Sales Representatives fluent in Vietnamese and English to join their team asap. Responsibilities Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers. Providing accurate products knowledge. Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Identify strategies to increase efficiency and performance of Auckland sales. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Delivering exceptional customer service. Cooperate with the overseas office team for urgent tasks and updates.

Candidates must be able to speak fluent Vietnamese and English and have a full class 1 licence.
