About this job
A company based in Papamoa are looking for a full time Insurance Claims Consultant to audit and provide costings and quotes for windscreen car repairs. Some experience preferred. Duties will also include front desk coverage, managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting guests and fielding incoming -outgoing calls, administration support, assess windscreens, complete stone chip repairs and windscreen replacement. Dealing with and processing insurance claims, invoicing organising daily business appointments. Complete and provide evidence of a company audit report to owners. Strong customer focus with a great attitude and the ability for personal development in the company for career progression. Must have full driver license and own vehicle. Job Requirements
-Clean Full class 1 driver licence -Own transport -Previous experience in admin//sales and auditing preferred but not essential -Ability to act professionally providing a great customer experience -Minor criminal convictions case by case maybe considered -Drug free -Reliable with the ability to travel and attend training seminars when required -Paid fortnightly
