A Bennydale based employer is looking for processing workers. You will need to be confident to handle a knife and learn how to cut product to company requirements. Minimum hourly rate $23.15 maximum of $35 per hour dependant on experience. This role is Monday to Friday 6.50am – 5.25pm The employer is looking for staff for the following roles:

Boning/Sawman In this role you will be required to trim and cut meat from bones, sides, carcasses and packs. Cutting meat to separate meat, fat and tissue from around the bones Cutting sides and quarters of meat into standard meat cuts, such as rumps, flanks and shoulders. Cutting specialised cuts and deboning Chine machine and De Loin Operator Wrapping and packing. Full training provided. If this role sounds like you apply today!

Slaughterer

In this role you will be required to prepare carcasses for further processing by removing internal organs and hides. Opening hide/pelt for skinning & removal Operating hock cutter for removing hocks Slitting open, eviscerating - removal internal organs and trimming animal carcasses Trimming & Grading carcasses
