BBQ Restaurant based in Kumeu looking for someone with great personality and leadership skills to lead their hard working team.
Seeking a Restaurant/Duty Manager to organise and coordinate operations under Senior Management.
The role entails but not limited to: • Supervision of wait staff (servers, runners) • Enforcing adherence to regulations and quality standards • Managing and holding responsibility for the till including cash in, takings, petty cash • Reporting reasons for any discrepancies to Senior Management • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant when senior management is not present • Ensure closing procedures done to a set standard

Job Requirements
• Be able to work full-time Thursday to Sunday • Be able to get to work on time every shift • Customer focused with a high standard of customer service • Capable of serving tables and communicating with customers and the team • Have basic knowledge of booking & POS systems • Have love for hospitality and passion for great food • Ideally have restaurant experience • LCQ and Manager's Certificate would be an advantage
