We are on the lookout for a full time Holiday Park Assistant to join our team. You will ensure the smooth day to day operation of the Holiday Park administration and reservation offices. In addition to this, at all times, strive to ensure guests enjoy their stay and maintain the Holiday Park standard of excellence.
Your duties will include: • Front office reception • Guest reservations and enquiries • Attending Guest arrivals and departures • Advise and sell local attractions to Guests • Computer reservations system • Cash handling and banking • Group, tours & School Bookings • Laundry & Housekeeping Duties • Staffing Responsibilities • Administration Duties • Night Duty
Please note this role is full time with hours ranging between 30 - 40 hours per week.
Job Requirements
This roles requires a high level of customer service and operational efficiency. To be successful, you will be competent in working a Reservation system and have customer service experience, ideally in a similar environment.
You must also have the flexibility and reliable transport to cover night duty as part of your roster.
Please note, candidates must pass all pre-employment checks to be considered for this role.

- Rostered shifts - day and night shift hours. 6 days or 8 days roster. On 4, off 2 or On 6, off 2. (30 hours per week)
