Te Awamutu based employer is looking for 2 Cafe Assistants. You will respond to customer requests in a professional and prompt manner, Provide efficient and memorable level of service to all customers, Up-sell food and beverage products, Acknowledge and deal with any customer complaints from floor/seated customers, Escalate any unresolved issues or complaints to Store Manager, Preparation and presentation of counter food and beverages, Be knowledgeable about both food and beverage products on offer, Adhere to company policies and procedures, Work within Health, Safety and Hygiene standards at all times, Report all incidents, hazards and accidents according to company policies and procedures, Remain flexible to accommodate additional requests and responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements
Candidates must be drug free Previous experience in Hospitality is not mandatory, but will be preferable At least restricted licence and own reliable transport required - must be able to get to and from work reliably
