Part Time General Labourer
About this job
We are seeking a motivated and physically fit part time casual Labourer to work in the dynamic environment of seed and fertilizer operations. No two days are the same and you could be responsible for: • mixing seed orders • manufacturing liquid fertilizer • delivering orders • handling physically demanding tasks - such as lifting bags of seed and fertilizer • accurately measure and mix seed and fertilizer orders according to specified guidelines • ensure the quality and consistency of seed and fertilizer blends • pack/dispatch orders • load/unload trucks • adhere to safety protocols and quality standards • perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and facilities • maintain a clean and organized work environment in and around the yard • assist with yard-related tasks. This role is based approx. 15 minutes outside of Palmerston North so reliable transport is necessary.
