You will: be part of our leadership team be available to work at least one weekend day (preferably Sunday) be capable of being a shift manager for a team of 4 -10 waitstaff (on some shifts) support our Hospitality Manager work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth service make coffee, cocktails and serve our selection of wines, beer and food be a tour guide and take our famous Monteith's Brewery tours
Job Requirements
You should apply if you: • love to provide hospitality (and have experience in hospitality) • have strong leadership and communication skills • are keen for growth and development • are at least 20 years old (as Duty Managers Certificate is required for the role). We would help the right candidate get their DM Certificate. • are keen to join a family run, locally owned and operated business • are a NZ resident or have a valid NZ work permit
