Customer Services Role – Punakaiki – Min 30 hours a week – 9am-4:30pm (more hours offered in the Summer) The new Punangairi visitor centre (formally known as the Paparoa DOC Centre), is opening this month. We are working in conjunction with the DOC centre staff with the focus on our retail store. We are currently looking for retail staff to join our team. Store Retail role includes: • Providing outstanding customer service • Driving retail sales • Monitoring inventory levels • Ensuring the store is clean and maintained in accordance with our merchandising standards. • Assisting with stock takes and stock management when required • Product knowledge

Job Requirements
To be successful in the role, you will: • Be sales focused and enjoy retail. • Be positive, friendly and approachable. • Reliable • Well-presented • Be able to work independently and confidently in a sole charge capacity. • A team player and enjoy collaborating with your team. • Willing to learn and help others. Applicants must: • Have a permanent and unconditional right to work in New Zealand • Current NZ Divers licence • Be available to work during our standard operating hours which include weekends and public holidays • Previous retail experience preferred
