We are currently looking for staff who can maintain this high quality of care. To succeed within this role, we want to ensure you are aware of what this role entails. First and foremost, as a Support Worker we rely on you to treat our Service Users with respect, dignity, and compassion. Some of our Service Users live with an intellectual disability, mental health or dual diagnosis. This means that they require a high quality level of care. We want to ensure they are living in a homely environment where they can work towards recovery and the lifestyle choice of their own. We are hiring for the below vacancies (Full time/ 32-40 hours per week): • Am/Pm work • Night shift work • Flexi hours team • Contribute to a safe working environment • Create a safe homely environment for our Service Users • Support and engage with our Service Users to reach their goals • Show kindness and compassion to our Service Users and their family • Celebrate the success of our Service Users • Be able to work independently • Be able to work in the face of diversity, maintaining strong relationships between a wide range of Service Users • Be able to maintain clear boundaries • Contribute to a safe working environment • Create a safe homely environment for our Service Users • Support and engage with our Service Users to reach their goals • Show kindness and compassion to our Service Users and their family • Celebrate the success of our Service Users • Be able to work independently • Be able to work in the face of diversity, maintaining strong relationships between a wide range of Service Users • Be able to maintain clear boundaries

Job Requirements

• A full, current New Zealand driver’s licence • The flexibility to work rotational rostered shifts • New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa. • A current First Aid Certificate (preferable but not essential) • NZQA Health & Wellbeing Level 3 or relevant equivalent qualification
