If so a North Shore based company supplying roofing & cladding materials has a unique role that blends administration, sales and dispatch that requires attention to detail, excellent communication and multitasking.

Key Responsibilities: Precisely coordinate and process sales orders Manage customer queries and handle general administration duties around the office Load customers' orders onto their trailers using forklifts Ensure timely order fulfillment Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the branch to provide support in achieving targets.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in sales administration and dispatch coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Physically fit Attention to detail Effective communication and sale abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. While a Forklift License is not essential, we seek candidates who are enthusiastic about obtaining one and becoming licensed operators.

Days of work
Monday - Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm (40 hours per week)
