Sales Representative

RICCARTON: A company in Christchurch is seeking a professional and personable Sales Representative to join their team for this role.

In this role you'll be needing to: - To identify new sales opportunities through a proactive approach towards prospecting & canvassing including cold calling. -Build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. -Targeting potential target group provided database lists. - Identify & participate in Tenders. - Develop customized sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals. - Liaise with the Managing Director/ Supervisor daily - Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activity's introductions to potential new clients - Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales targets. - Assisting in the maintenance of accurate sales records in our CRM system.

- Proven trak record of success in B2B or B2C Sales experience - Excellent communication (essential), negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Confident Communication skills and ability to ask for the business. - Ability to work autonomously. - Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software. - A burning desire to suceed. - Able to pass an MoJ check. - Provide 2 work-related references.
