A New Plymouth employer is looking for a Head Baker. Duties include making a range of pies, pastry, bread, cakes, slices and oversee the production by other team members, ensuring all product that is presented to the customer are top standard. Ensure workspace is kept clean and all food safety procedures are followed. Self-presentation must be clean and neat. Ensure that products are made efficiently and that all team members are trained and producing top quality product in appropriate timeframe and following all company procedures. Usually, 4am starts however sometimes a start between 10pm and 4am will be required. Candidates requirements include a minimum of 5 years experience and a Level 4 Bakery qualification. Apply today!
