Vineyard Operator/ Supervisor

We are a family owned business with a 320ha vineyard in North Canterbury. We are looking for a motivated, capable and physically fit individual to join our vineyard team. The role involves work across all areas of our vineyard operations including both machinery operations and seasonal staff supervision. We offer a great working environment with modern equipment, competitive pay rates and training.
Job Requirements
The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experience, although training can be provided for the right individual. • Experience in operation of sprayers, trimmers, leaf pluckers, mowers and harvesters. • Experience in supervising pruning and other seasonal workers. • Ability to work additional hours at peak times and over harvest. • Shows attention to detail, can work in a team as well as independently. • Valid New Zealand drivers licence and own transport • Growsafe Certificate • NZ residency
