Concrete Batcher/Operator

Major Civil Construction company is looking for Batcher/Operators in Drury x1 and Ranui x2. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage raw materials at the plant, and oversee mix management, concrete production and delivery of concrete. This is an entry-level role where you will have the opportunity to develop your concrete batching and plant operation skillset. About you: No previous experience is necessary for this role as full training will be provided. However previous experience in the concrete industry, or experience in a similar role is highly advantageous. Responsibilities include: Producing concrete that meets our quality standards. Administer and organise activities such as mix management, driver, plant & staff efficiency. Implement and manage plant maintenance and inspections. Operating machinery such as a loader and forklift. Skills and Experience Must have full class 1 licence Forklift licence is advantageous Batching experience & concrete knowledge is advantageous Excellent written and communication skills. Be a team player. Able to work early starts, late finishes and do weekend work.
