Bay of Islands based employer is looking for a Duty Manager to join their team on a full time basis.
You will be working at one of New Zealand’s largest hotel operators, known for outstanding service experiences. In this role you will be working as a vital part of the team, you will contribute to the seamless and efficient daily operations of the Front Desk.
Your responsibilities encompass attending to guest inquiries, reservations, and housekeeping requests. Upholding our guest service standards is paramount. Your adept problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations will set you apart.
While a minimum of 1 years' prior experience in a hotel reception is a requirement, it's your exceptional qualities that hold the greatest importance for us. Familiarity with Opera PMS is advantageous but not mandatory. Holding LCQ, GM, and First Aid Certificates is a definite advantage. Your flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts is crucial for success in this role.

Job Requirements
Will need your own transport to be able to get to work or live local. Minimum of 1 years' prior experience in a hotel reception is a requirement. Holding LCQ, GM, and First Aid Certificates is advantageous. Your flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts is crucial for success in this role. Be drug free. Have no convictions/be able to pass a MOJ check.
