Katikati based employer is looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator. Duties include : • Welcoming and directing visitors and customers at reception. • Communicating with all departments. • Processing invoices and PO's. • Filing and organising documents. • Managing and inputting data. • Prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently. • Performing other duties as necessary.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a people person who is friendly, positive and engaging, has an eye for detail and is good at managing their time efficiently. You will have a good level of maturity, a calm demeanour and be adaptable - Must have 2 years of experience - Must be able to pass a drug test. - Criminal convictions may be considered on a case by case. - Restricted or full licence required.
- Days of work
- Mon-Sat 7.30am to 4pm. Sat 7.30 to 1pm. 30 plus hours a week (30 hours per week)
