RANGIORA: Full time Welder required.
Fabrication and welding of boats, trailers and other custom projects. Boat building experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Primarily aluminium but also stainless and mild steel, so could use both MIG and TIG welders in this role.
The ideal candidate would be someone who takes pride in their work and is able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team depending on the project. Must understand the need for efficiency in a very competitive industry.
Job Requirements
Competency in either MIG or TIG welding. Able to read plans, good eye for detail, good team worker, ideally passion in boating. Able to reliably get to Rangiora for work.
- Days of work
- Mon – Thurs 8 am – 5pm , Friday 8am – 4pm. Overtime available and paid at a flat rate (40 hours per week)
