Mini Van Driver

Katikati based employer is looking for experience drivers for their growing taxi business. The company provides a taxi service for locals and residents living rural. Commuting destinations include, Katikati, Waihi, Waihi Beach, Omokoroa, Tauranga and Auckland (Airport transfers). This is an ideal opportunity for Katikati and Waihi locals looking to semi-retire or supplement their income. Candidates will be available to work between a minimum of 20 - 25 hours per week, this includes weekend work, evening and night-time passenger pick up / drop offs. You will also be available for on call work to cover staff absentee and last-minute passenger reservations. Duties include driving passengers to and from prearranged locations, assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles, assist with any luggage and ensure passengers reach their destination safely and on time. The successful applicants will hold a clean Full Class 1 Drivers Licence held for a minimum of 2 years & P Endorsement (assistance will be considered for the right person to obtain P Endorsement if not already obtained), ability to pass pre-employment tests, have great driving skills and enjoy driving, friendly welcoming, patient personality, reliable, punctual and take pride in your appearance.
