Personal Insurance Consultant

We are looking for a person insurance consultant to join our dynamic and engaging team. You will be based in Auckland. This role allows you to work from both home and the office. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and focused on converting enquiries into the right cover and outcomes.

As an insurance consultant you will put the customer at the centre of everything, we do insure what is more important to them. You will achieve by taking inbound calls from new and existing customers to proactively identify their personal insurance needs and value opportunities.

You should have completed New Zealand Financial Advisor Qualification Lever 5 or are committed to complete it within the first 6 months of employment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with staff members, clients, and external stakeholders. A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems. Previous experience in an administrative role and Insurance Industry experience desirable.
