Road Maintenance and Traffic Control Worker

Are you looking for a long term career in traffic management (minimum 2 years). With training you will learn to read traffic management plans, set up sites, work with site businesses, contractors and the public, stop/go work, put in place and ensure safety measures are met on site. There is opportunity to gain qualifications and develop in the role.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible, safety conscious and have a minimum of a restricted drivers licence. Significant investment is required to complete various courses and traffic management certificates, so employer is looking for someone who wants a long term career in traffic management. You must be happy to work in all weathers, and have great people skills to deal with both the general public and your colleagues and contractors on site. Must have the ability to operate a smart phone to look up plans and provide necessary documentation. Able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Minor convictions considered case by case
