We are looking for a Harvest Hand to work in Franklin. You will be hand or machine harvesting depending on the crop. Select crop, cut produce and putting it onto conveyor belt. Initiative and flexibility by assisting in other areas of operation. Experience is appreciated but not required. It is an entry level position and employer would prefer to employ locals. Job Requirements
You will be a team player that enjoys working in a close-knit environment. You will be motivated and able to work independently and share the same respect we do for creating a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: Physically fit Hardworking Team player Be able to work in the fields all year round and have your own transport plus pass a drug test.
